Gregor Kregar creates a kaleidoscopic seat which simultaneously reflects and inhabits the landscape. This architectonic form titled 'Seat', is functional and sublimely juxtaposes the inorganic with pristine mirrored stainless surfaces. This work is interactive, inviting the viewer to sit and rest. Kregar's works have been gracing the trail at Brick Bay for almost a decade. A highly regarded sculptor with works in major Australasian and European collections. Kregar typically utilises a wide range of materials, often using familiar subjects, giving surprising and ambiguous meanings.
